Our system of Kempo is a dynamic blend of Karate, Kung-Fu and Jiu-Jitsu with historical origins dating back thousands of years.

Whether your emphasis is on personal protection, improved health and fitness, and/or mental clarity and well being, our personalized instruction will help you discover the benefits of martial arts and its traditional values to everyday living regardless of your age, current physical condition or abilities and inspire you to realize your personal best.

Private instruction provides the ultimate in personal training. Each class is tailored exactly to your needs, which allows you to progress at a much faster rate, and/or receive additional help in troubled areas. Upon completion of your basic training, you will be teamed up with another student to begin training on the more advanced principles and applications of your techniques. Private instruction is always scheduled at your convenience.

Group instruction is constructed of students close to the same age and ability. With a goal of successful practice and application in mind, each class consists of effective self defense training and drills, plus a variety of exercise and stretching routines.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Along with our Kempo program BJJ ( Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) creates confident, well rounded martial artists that can protect themselves on their feet and on the ground. BJJ is a martial art and combat sport that uses grappling and leverage (joint-locks and holds) to defend against the physical strength of an opponent. The defining principal of BJJ is the fact that a smaller or weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger or stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique. This core based workout increases your stamina and endurance both on and off the mat. Rolling (ground sparring) is not only a great workout, its a ton of fun before you know it, your confidence and ability to recognize danger will have increased dramatically.
